REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds will be routed through our After Sales department who are contactable on [email protected]
The after sales team respond within 24 hours of receipt of emails during the working week. They request photographs and physical samples from the production to be sent in for an inspection. Refunds, credit notes and exchanges are decided upon within 14 days of receipt of all evidence.
